August 2020 in Review
Updated: Jul 13, 2021
This was a bit of a rocky month. We had some highs and we had some lows. I did read way more than I realized though which is a bit of a bonus.
Here are all the statistics for the month!
I read a total of 13 physical books, 3 audiobooks, 1 graphic novel, 3 manga and 2 webcomics for combined total of 22 books and roughly 9000+ pages.
One book I read but did not write a review for (Celtic Tales by Kate Forrester). I read Vol.1 of Demon Slayer by Koyoharu Gotouge, but I am going to wait until I read the rest of the series to review it. I also read Vol.1 of The Demon Prince of Momochi House by Aya Shouoto, but I am not continuing the series so I did not see the need to write a review.
I also ended up DNFing one book - Serpent & Dove by Shelby Mahurin. I found the plot to be kind of ridiculous and the over sexual tone of the book was rather uncomfortable.
Here is a list of all the books I read this month, and if you want to check out my reviews, click the links!
