When I saw that the author was coming out with a new book, I put it on my TBR and requested an ARC no questions asked.

This book doesn't have the best rating, so I went into this with the possibility that I could end up DNFing it.

Going into this, I went in blind as I didn't look at the synopsis.

In all honesty, I had no idea what this book was nor did I remember how I came across it.

The only word I have for this book is no because this turned out to be all kinds of nope for me.

I honestly don't have much to say about this book because, well, there wasn't much to it.

This is a book full to the brim with interesting concepts and potential, but one that ultimately failed in execution for me.

I had never heard of this book before and only found out about it because a YouTuber I follow read it.
