This was one of the books on my list of books to read in 2022, and it was one I was hesitant to read.

This is a very unique book, and I sought to read this purely because of that fact (for a secret reading challenge I am doing).

This is my second book by the author, having read The Troop not too long ago.

Two things first, I did not read the synopsis before reading this, and I listened to this while playing The Painscreew Killings.

This was on my list for the 'Top 22 Books to Read in 2022' (and a secret challenge I am doing) so I am happy that I finally got to tick this

I was a tiny bit worried going into this as I wasn't sure if I was going to enjoy it despite it having good reviews.

Did I read the synopsis, yes, but did I remember what this was about going into it, no. Will I also remember it after the fact, also a no?
