I will be honest, I don't have much to say about this book because I was not invested in this story at all.

Going into this, I didn't really know anything about it other than the influences from Norse mythology and that it was highly recommended.

The Island Arc is the 1st arc in Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku, a manga by Yūji Kaku.

This arc was the start of uncharted territory for me because I only read up to where the anime covered, which was up to the last arc.

I was not expecting to get to this book this quickly, since I was on a waitlist at my library for several more weeks.

This was okay...I guess? I knew I was in for a bit of a rough ride when I picked this up.
