I've had this book on my TBR for a while now, and when I requested this ARC I didn't even realize this was a re-release.

This was easily one of my most anticipated books of the year, having loved reading The Priory of the Orange Tree.

With the release of Curse of Shadows, I wanted to reread the first book before delving into it (albeit a bit late).

I am sad because I was rooting for this book.

Now, you might be asking why I am writing for a book I have already read and reviewed before.

While I did not remember what this book was about by the time I got around to reading it, I can see why I requested this
