I wasn't expecting much going into this, but I actually didn't mind this.

I don't know if it was intentional or not, but this was very stereotypically horror.

This was just very meh for me.

I didn't mind this at all. It had a solid plot that was interesting enough to keep me captivated, and I would have given this a higher ratin

It seems to be a reoccurring theme with series that all the books pull an Inception.

My 2-star rating may be generous because I didn't enjoy this, and the only reason I kept going was because I was reading this for a reading

There was potential for a good book hidden in there somewhere, but this didn't exactly hit the mark.
