The Empress of Salt and Fortune is a fantasy novella and the first installment in The Singing Hills Cycle by Nghi Vo.
I will be 100% honest with you, at the time I am writing this review, I don't remember much about this story which probably says enough about how I feel about the book.
I know that at the time I found that the story was okay, and the way in which the story was told was interesting. However, as I said, pretty much everything about this has now left my memory.
