Asian Readathon is a week long readathon in May that is dedicated to reading books written by Asian authors or featuring Asian characters and is hosted by booktuber readwithcindy.

Not only does Cindy do a fantastic job hosting the readathon, she, along with a group of volunteers, compiled a list of books to choose from should you need recommendations.

If you want to diversify your reading or are looking for a readathon to participate in in the month of may, check this one out. When doing the readathon, it is also recommended that for each prompt, you read a book from people with different ethnicities.

Without further ado, here are the books I read for the 2020 Asian Readathon.

Read any book by an Asian author

- Anna Dressed in Blood by Kendare Blake (Korean)

Read a book featuring an Asian character or written by an Asian author you can relate to

- Blood Heir by Amelie Wen Zhao (Chinese but born in France)

Read a book recommended by an Asian (Books with Chloe)

- Uzumaki by Junji Ito (Japanese)

Read a book featuring an Asian character or written by an Asian author who is different from you*

- Wicked As You Wish by Rin Chupeco (Filipino)

*I did end up DNFing this book
